Donna Carroll has been a leading strategic thinker and innovator in the professional services and staffing industry for over 25 years.
As a business partner to CEO’s, COO’s and CHRO’s, Donna has a unique understanding of the people side of industry from manufacturing, banking/finance, high tech to (most recently) healthcare.
After her successful career in leadership with both global and U.S. based companies, Donna now runs Human Factor, LLC to help individuals and companies with their growth and transformational strategies.
She has more than 25 years of industry experience and more than 30 years’ experience in sales, change leadership, business transformation, talent acquisition, workforce strategies and client relationship management. She has extensive knowledge of the industry, both at a national and local market operating level. This knowledge has led to many successes in managed services and managed staffing programs that resulted in increased revenue and client satisfaction.
A passionate business leader, Donna has earned an industry-wide reputation for leadership excellence, complex sales and delivery, market turnaround and growth strategies.
Donna has been a voice for the future of work and the workforce through speaking engagements and publications.
She is also actively involved in her local community and is an active Board member with Champion’s Community Foundation; a non-profit focused on providing independent living for those with physical disabilities.
She is comfortable in the boardroom and serves on the board of BGSF, a publicly traded professional services company (NYSE - BGSF). She has also served as an advisory board member to various firms who are at an inflection point helping them with their operational and growth strategy.
